Reinstatement, severance and notice, workplace harassment, work accidents. We act for employees and employers alike; the conflict check happens at the application.
Commercial law
Company formation, share transfers, shareholder agreements, debt recovery and contract review.
Family law
Uncontested and contested divorce, custody, maintenance, division of matrimonial property. Meetings are held in a separate room and are not recorded.
Property
Title annulment, tenancy disputes, construction-for-share contracts and dissolution of co-ownership.
Personal data
Data protection audits, privacy notices and consent design, breach notification, filings with the authority.
