What do we do?
Six manufacturing and engineering services, all under one roof, with no subcontracting.
CNC machining
Rotational and prismatic parts on five-axis machining centres, to ±0.01 mm.
Sheet forming
Series production with progressive dies on 160-tonne presses; the die design is ours.
Welded assembly
A robotic welding cell and manual TIG; a traceability label on every assembly.
Quality laboratory
CMM measurement, tensile testing and a salt spray cabinet; the reports go to the customer portal.
Product engineering
We review the customer’s drawing for manufacturability and propose changes that lower the cost.
Logistics and stock
Consignment stock and just-in-time delivery; feeding the customer’s line on a weekly pull plan.
