- Coffee, taken seriously — Two beans on the bar, one bright and one deep, changed fortnightly.
- Bread and pastry — Baked in the back, sold until they run out.
- All-day breakfast — Eggs, good bread and something green, served until closing.
- A room to work in — Plugs at half the tables, and no music before ten.
- Beans to take home — The same coffee we pull, bagged the day it is roasted.
- Cupping evenings — Once a month, free, first come first served.
